We can bring a change to this country, and, with your help, we will. You don't have to be a political expert or have lots of time to have an impact. You just need to believe in the importance of women's issues and commit to bringing them to the forefront of our national debate.
I couldn't help feel that a torch has been officially passed as Senator Teddy Kennedy ended his speech with those words. His speech was powerful and a call to us to focus on "renewal for our nation." I hope that those watching on tv could get a sense of his passion and commitment for the country.
